Delmons' Corruption RPG : Storyline


Deleas, the Corrupter has been Defeated. his Soul set to Rest for Eternity. in the Last of his Corrupted Minions, Simple Animals to Monsters. Finally Defeated they we're...or so The Heroes thought...Deleas son..Delmon, Following in his Fathers Footsteps has unleashed a Terrible power Upon the land known as the Oblivion Gate. a Doorway to Eternal Darkness, Attempting to Destroy the Land, Delmon the Corrupter must be Stopped.

Real Time Combat
10 Unique Normal spells you Recieve from Leveling Up
1 Shared Spell, Town Portal Caster
1 Secret Spell for each class..can you Find it?
Exp. is Shared and Combined, no Reason to Argue smile.gif
Anti-BS System, if you Kill an Ally, your Allys Unit respawns and you are Automaticly Banned from the game.
5 Quests, Each take about half an hour.

Warrior Spells


Taunting Fist (Makes the Enemy Fight you)
Knife Flurry (Spawns a Dragoon Dealing 30 damage for 5 Seconds)
Earth Ripple (Spawns 2 Lurkers doing 40 damage for 2 seconds)
Sheilds of Vigor (Recharges your Sheilds every 2 Seconds as long as you have mana)
Vengeful Blades (Spawns 2 Dark Templars for 7 Seconds, 37 Damage +3)
Befuddling Fists (All Enemys at your Allies Location run to you to Fight)
Spear Flurry (Spawns 3 Dragoons beside you doing 30 damage Each, +3 for 10 Seconds)
Manifestation of Rage (Gives you Invincability for 3.3 Seconds)
Earthquake (a more Powerful Version of Earth Ripple)
Destruction Path (For 5 seconds as you Run, all Normal enemys around you will be Reduced to 1% HP)


Archer Spells


Scout Vicinity (Spawns 4 Observers going in Random Directions)
Summon Weak Decoy (Spawns a Dummy Ghost, for Running away XD)
Net Surroundings (Spawns a Corsair, Disruption Web Twice)
Rain of Arrows (Spawns 2 Scouts doing 23 Damage for 10 Seconds)
Summon Greater Decoy (Spawns a Decoy that can do Damage, Lasts until he Dies)
Animated Shadows (Creates Fakes unit Until your mana Runs out)
Recover Stealth (Your Energy is Filled permanently for 18 Seconds)
Hail of Arrows (Spawns 8 Scouts that last for 28 Seconds)
Arrow Hurricane (Spawns 1 Scout that does 240 Damage for 7 Seconds)
Greater Decoy X-3 (Spawns 3 Greater Decoys)


Mage Spells
Summon Familiar (Spawns broodling til it Dies)
Restore Energy (Restores your Energy)
Sheilds of Mana (Drains your Energy, but Gives you Invincability for 5 Seconds)
Fireballs (Spawns 5 Infested Terrans, 200 Damage each)
Blistering Rays (Spawns 4 Wraiths with 40 Damage each for 10 seconds)
Familiar Swarm (Spawns 18 Broodlings, they Last til the enemy kills them)
Beasts of the Ancient (Spawns 2 Reavers, 150 damage each)
Unnatural Radiation (Takes Bosses HP To 50%)
Destruction of the Ancients (Creates a Disturbed Spirit (Archon) to Fight with you)
Storm of the Ancestors (Creates 5 Arbiters that can use Stasis Field once and Attack, 60 Damage each)


Cleric Spells


Sheild of Faith (You enter an OL Where a Medic heals you for 20 seconds)
Regenerate (Spawns a Medic with Unlimited Energy for 18 Seconds)
Summon Orb (Spawns a Science Vessel, you can do Any Spell except EMP, lasts til it Dies)
Pious Bunkers (Spawns a Bunker for players 2, and 5)
Summon the Globe of Time (Spawns an Arbiter, lasts til it Dies)
Heavenly Smite (Takes all Enemys around you to 70% HP)
Divinity of the Spirits (Spawns an Archon, like Mage, except it lasts for 25 seconds)
Party Full Restore (Restores all HP and Energies to your Allys and you)
Summon Drone (Spawns 5 Drones, they are Free Experience, 100 Each Drone)
Water of Life (You select an Ally and Revive his unit at Full HP)


Ranger Spells


Shadow (Creates a False unit of you and you can run XD)
Dual Torches (Spawns 2 Firebats, 24 damage each)
Summon Mount (Spawns your Horse (Vulture) you run 3X Faster)
Manifest Campsite (Summons a Probe, and you can Build a Gateway / Cannons)
Ballistae of Power (Spawns 2 Goliaths, They last for 20 seconds)
Speed Imbue (You Recieve Stim packs for 60 Seconds)
Falcon Companion (Summons a Mutalisk, wherever he moves it will bring the Ranger with him)
Earthquake (The same thing as Warriors spell)
Dragon Companion (Spawns a Guardian Dragon who Protects you with 250 Damage)
Call to Arms (Teleports all your Allies to your Position)


Rogue Spells


Escape (Teleports you to the Warrior)
Bomb Trap (Spawns 3 Spider mines, at 40 damage)
Summon Spy (Spawns a Queen; Parasite, Ensnare)
Spike Trap (Spawns a Data Disc with 2 Lurkers under it for 40 Seconds)
Blades of Sacrifice (8 Mana per Every 3 Seconds but spawns 2 Dark Templars)
Major bomb Trap (Spawns a Scourge which Creates 3 Spider Mines around it for 20 Seconds)
Barrage of Daggers (Creates 2 Carriers, 19 Damage Each 4 Interceptors)
Backstab (25% Chance to get an Instant Kill on Bosses)
Knife Storm (Spawns 6 Dragoons 30 Damage each for 15 Seconds)
Major Spike Trap (Creates an Overlord which Spawns Spike traps with 1 Lurker under them)

I like the spells you thought of. Will the spells be used by gateways or dropships?
Because i hated the beacon system for the Deales Corruption. ><

For the anti-bs system, what if templar accidently kills an ally with a storm? Will you ban him? -.- How about some ally purposely goes into the storm to die?

Sequels to games always suck. Hope you can change my statement on that.

i wouldn't call it "great" but i did beat this rpg w/ 1 friend once... back in those days, i thought these triggs were good, but now it's just normal rpg triggs w/ all pre-okaced units and linear quests...

Sorry pod, im still using Beacon system, and as for the mage killing an Ally..i Dunno guess you'll just gotta have a Mage whos smart sad.gif

For the Warrior Spell where you set the enemy's life to 1%, won't that make it so you can't kill them during the 5 seconds?

I dont believe this. Just use Gateway+Starport. Whats so hard about that. If you need more spell add barrack or something. =/

Cause im trying to make it like Deleas' Corruption, not some other Rpg. Gotta use beacon system to make it be like Deleas'

Just because its sequel to something, it doens't mean you should use exact same system that old one has pinch.gif

BTW : Last night i finished triggers for players 3 4 and 8, Maps almost done expected by like....febuary...first....no bugs so far ...Woo

Seriously, the beacon system is very outdated and inefficent for spell casting. Move on to something easier and faster to use. Something that is going to slow down and distract my gameplay can really break the map for me.

Oh, come on. The beacon system is not that bad unless it's like 1 hit and ur dead maps...
