Download either Uberation:

You could use ProEdit, but I think that Uberation has better level of protection and comes with A LOT of other stuff, especially EUDS.

Whatever you do, make sure that you don't EVER use ProEdit for protection purposes!

i would suggest uberation, DO NOT USE GUIEDIT OR PROEDIT, there are public methods to unprotect your map
