I need a downloadable editor, with simple components that let me stack (minerals/cannons etc.) And I'd also like to produce fast maps that let me place starting locations closer to the minerals. I looked at the list of programs here but they didn't tell me if they had these basic things included.
I'm open to suggestions from the experts in here...

Download either starforge or Scm draft those programs would be your best bet in making faster maps

ADDITION:
Okay, i got confirmation that Starforge is nice, but that I should use x-tra editor first and use starforge as a touch-up program...
ahh,...oh well i just download crap until it works. LOL.
