Is it possible to block incoming PMs from somebody, because Zombie or "Blood Rayne Lover" or whatever his name is, keeps sending me annoying, offensive messages, and it's starting to piss me off.

View his account and select "ignore user" where next to "add to contact list"..

Yes, put them on your buddy list and there's an ignore option.
