Story :

I havent played starcraft in probably 3 years, but my friend got me to play it last week and now im back to mapping, starting off with an old map that i made and needed fixing

Specifacations
- Auto detects if players leave and disablers thier spawns
- Lock your island so no one steals your kills
- Ban players who are bad
- Timer skip
- Easy hero buyer
- Buyable buildings
- Cool mortal kombat sounds (probably the best part of the map)
- Stacking
- Tradeback
- 20 levels
- Rewards for players
- 750 triggers for each kill 1-750 that adds 1 gas per kill (shows how bad i am at mapping)

Gameplay :
enemies spawn for individual islands (all air btw), 6 separate spawns, 6 separate areas to defend. if you leak any they all go to one single area on the bottom- everyones leaks in 1 area - and you can buy extra buildings and defense down there. so its good to make sure you dont leak and then if everyone is leaking you can be a team player and help out by buying buildings on the bottom.

I wont lie, unless this is gonna be the BEST TD on b.net, this really isn't the place to get support. Most of the maps you find here are those epic ones, ya' know, RPGs and whatnot.

Besides, people need to beat Scarb D, not make more D's that are much weaker. Just a suggesting happy.gif

yea i see all these HUGE maps like rpgs and stuff. and personally i dont like those maps at all. starcraft is NOT good at making a game enviroment that is beleiveable other than starcraft. thats why TD's and Bounds and Madness maps and dodge ball and marine special forces are the most played maps out there. they do starcraft well.

major rpgs and epic stuff? yea i mean its cool to make and show how much you can do with the editor, but in all seriousness its kind of stupid. it will never be like an rpg. its starcraft. youre MUCH better off making it on the wc3 editor. which is much better set up for epic projects. (custom models, terrain, trees, houses, sounds, unit attacks, spells, custom spells.....) you get it. i just made a td. and its a pretty good td imo. most people who play it like it. and i can honestly say there isnt a single td out there like this one.

But still, it is possible to make an idea go though someone's head, and being innovative counts.

I wont lie, my map is solely based of Peazel's Resident Evil: Tags, but that gave me an idea to push it further, to make the zombie madness funner, to achive a better goal then he could (I mean, what city has 2 gunshops that close to each other? tongue.gif)

But read SEN's motto "Pushing Starcraft Maps to the Limit", thats what we're all trying to do happy.gif

And by saying that, I say TD's are not holding StarCraft together, its the abbility to keep creating newer and newer ideas.

(Why must I make a speach whenever somthing like this happens...someone please tell me O.o)

pushing to the game to the limit, and being fun to play are what i go by. i finished it btw. its pretty fun i think.
