How do I pre-place a unit for player 14 in scmdraft2?

I'm trying to make a P14 scareb in the top left corner to make the map run faster or something confused.gif

With the newest SCMD from this site. Use uberation save the units. Delete ALL units on map. In the player box type in 14. Then place a Map Revealer. Go into uberation and save the units on. You now have 2x speed.

Instead of placing a p14 map revealer, place a p14 scarab using the same method.

You cannot have preplaced units before placing the scarab.
Any prepaced units become "messed-up."

You have to place the scarab first before any other preplaceed units.

If you want to make the map 2x, you can, you can place 2x at any time by placing a map revealer at the top left for p14. Map revealer wont mess up your map.

I deleted all units and put a scareb for p14, a trigger spawned hydralisks and siege tanks, which wouldn't fire.. ghosts would fire though.. And everything was 4x fast

I tried a p14 interceptor instead.. everything was 2x fast instead.. lurkers & siege tanks and other units still didn't fire right..

Tried with p14 map revealer and everything was 1.5x fast.. all units fire properly now..

How come the faster speeds make the units not fire right? sad.gif

Im not sure. 4x is this strange world where everything goes wrong.

2x (Interceptor) went wrong also sad.gif only 1.5 (Map revealer) seems to work..

How come the other two make the units go wrong?

And.. is there an 8x?

Units go wrong because these are effects that aren't supposed to exist.

Anyways.. I just find it odd that one of the speed changes (1.5x) works, but the others (2x and 4x) don't work. O.o

I'm sure they are or else blizzard would have patched them like they did the EUD triggers..

No. EUD conditions still exist and Blizzard never meant for that. They never meant for a lot of things including Modding.
