Staredit Network -> UMS Assistance -> computers attacking...

First of all...Im a staredit noob.,. I dont know much at all, and I only use the campaign editor so far:P

Howver I'm working on a little fun micro-map where m&m and vessels are supposed to take down hydra/lurker/scourges etc

It works ok, but now I want to make the computer attack more like a real person would.

for example..I have a location following the vessels, and if theres less then 2 marines under the same location--->the scourges are ordered to attack etc.

But threre are several questions! First of all...what is the best way to tell the computer to attack with all units? I used the trigger "send all units on stratedig suicide mission", when new zerg-units spawned, but that only worked first time....after the units doesnt care.,.

Another problem is that if I use the "order zerg units to attack to -terran base-" trigger, all zerg units seems to neglect the fact that there are enemy units in the way until they are being shot at.

so..is there ways to deal with this?

Thanks in advance

ok! That helped making them able to du random suicide missions over and over...but after a while they just stop...and don't even care to shoot back anymore

Telling them to "Patrol" to the base should make it more effective than using the "Attack" commande. Try telling them to patrol instead.

LW: In case you didn't know, "Patrol" to base is from the [ORDER] action smile.gif.

The problem with patrol is that they will go back and forth over and over

That's easily dealt with by giving the units a new attack or patrol order when they reach their destination.
