It means that there is built-in tracking packets in Windows Vista that completely throw "Security" down the drain, enabling Microsoft to monitor ALL internet activity from ALL computers running Windows Vista.
That is the only downside I know of to Windows Vista, but it's a big one.
I mean.. er.. what a waste of packets.. will cause lag.. ya.. that's why I'm worried about it.. lag..
