I created a map using StarForge then swtiched to SCMDraft. The Sound Editor doesn't show anything! So, adding sounds is annoying, I have to go into StarForge and add them there then back to SCMDraft (since it's better) to do whatever else I want to do.

That's an example of an SF bug, not an SCMD2 bug. SF can't import sounds correctly into the map. I'd advise you to use SCXE/SCMD2 for everything except for AutoStack, which you can use in SF (but run the map through SCMD2 afterwards before editing it with SCXE again).
Basically: if you want your sounds to work, use SCMD2 or SCXE to import them. SF can't do it.
