The empire is falling into decay. Corruption runs rampant. Slums are becoming bigger, gangs more violent, famine worse, and the government is turning a blind eye. As a captain in the Genesis Brigade, the rebellionist army, and with no one left to love or to care about, it falls upon you to scavenge what you can from the current empire, then build it back up, 10 times stronger.

Player Interface:
You get one unit, a hero. As you play, you collect items which can be used using your dropship backpack system. At certain points in the game, you will get chances to use vehicles, or switch heroes, which you will decide by using your dropship.

What's the general idea of the gameplay of the map? The systems you're gona use? Any special features? We really some a little bit more detail to make full fledged comments.

So over all this map is about miltia wars? Different gangs fighting eachother in a apocalyptic state of chaos and anarchy?

Will you plan on having very chaotic and destroyed terrain... Like buildings on fire everywhere and lots of murder scenes?

Judging by all the information, I'll just take it that this is an action style map, right? I just hope this doesn't turn out to be a Special Forces clone or something.

no not like special forces, more like Rainbow Six times a million, you will get a small squad of guys that u pick, then u can leave yer rebellion's hideout and do damage to the empire all over the city, like a mouse special forces squad, u sneak somewhere, then stick a knife in a pressure point, then sneak somewhere else, and stick the knife in another pressure point

you can also take out gangs, or recruit gangs, when u recruit gangs, u get more squad members, and when the rebellion has a full-on attack, you have more guys to help

however...the empire is looking for the rebellion main base, if they reach the entrance and are allowed to stay there for 10-15 seconds (haven't decided on the exact time) then they go get reinforcements, and completely invade yer base, in other words, FAILURE, the only other ways to lose are to lose yer hero and all yer squad members, or if the rebellion leader dies, or if your hero is the only 'non-computer' unit left, (meaning that your teammates have all died, and your squad is )

you only get 1 squad of 5, unless u recruit some gang members, the maximum squad size is 10

You should make the map actually a country. Have different locations around the map. Like say... three large main cities and villages surrounding them. You could also have locations such as airports, naval bases, ports, and electric dams. Maybe you could use an influence system. The more your squad takes over, the higher your influence is and the more gangs or armed civilians you can recruite?
