Ok here it goes. I'm making a new map named: Grenade Toss.

I haven't had time to really make it because my computer is bonkers.

F.A.Q
CODE

Q: How will this work?

A: There will be Platforms. Will you throw at 3,2 or 1? You will not be able to see the other player so it's more of a guessing game.

CODE

Q: How will the turns work?

A: You'll be able to toss the grenade, move, or stay.

If you have any more (F.A.Q). Post them. I will include them.

Updates(I will keep this updated)
---------
A Shop Is Finished. With Items Such As: Grenades, Turns, Seeing Eye, Also Extra SCV's (Lives)
Team Forces (Nade Squad and Nade Squad#2)
Timed Turns.
Platforms instead of lines.

Personally i dont see the point of a game thats based entirely on luck, but ok and good luck with that.

Well it's a game of chance basically. But there will be buyable things like: See opponent for 1 turn. Or Extra Turn. And some other nifty gizmos.

Maybe you should have it be based on something a bit... different.
Like have a cloaked unit wherever the enemy is, so if you can spot that, you know. Also, another way, is the classic game of "Find which doesn't belong". Like, have 3 Firebats, one for each platform, and 1 will randomly either be:
Closer to the enemy 1 block
Farther 1 block
A hero firebat, whose only difference is that his name is just SLIGHTLY to the right

That would make it a lot better.

So rarely do l find a map idea that can get my aknowledgment, but the simple yet original concept is something all map makers should appreciate. The recent map projects are filled with hype that the map maker cant live up, but the idea itself is all you need to present to the people.

The turns should be decided by a timer, when the time is up; all turns are executed. If the player hasnt chosen a move, the player will stand.

Thank you Pinecone. I'll be sure to do that.

Sounds easier then tons of triggers.

I'm working on it as we post. tongue.gif
