ok i need to no when making a ums(user map settings) map how do i stack buildings(cannons,turrets stuff like this) and i would like to know how to put minerals right near a terrain command center.

Hint: Using SCMDraft, go to...
Options:
Units:
And check:
Stack Units
Place Buildings anywhere
And uncheck:
Require Mineral Distance.
