For my map Im using some player colors that are different on the mini map-the actual color. The question is, can you make it so the leaderboard shows the players name(Not B.net Name).
Ex:
[Color] Players Name
[Color] Players Name
[Color] Players Name
[Color] Players Name
[Color] Players Name
[Color] Players Name
[Color] Players Name

First off, what do you mean by player's name, if not bnet name?

Second off, practically, you really can't do it.

From my experience, its really hard to do much with the leaderboard, if anything.

He's asking how to make it such that the leaderboard will display names next to each of the scores so that players can tell which player they are on the leaderboard, since the color-blocks that show which player is in which place on the leaderboard are different from the colors displayed on the units or in the minimap.

Regrettably, no, you cannot do this;
the closest you can do is have it state the true color of whoever happens to have the highest score.
You could, however, have a trigger that tells people what colors on minimap correspond to what colors on the leaderboard.
