I think it needs memgraft editing-i suppose you have to edit the requirements for it

what does memgraft yield ? a map or a mod ?

Memgraft is for modding.

You can't remove an Arbiter's cloaking field.

Have all players be visioned to eachother than it would be kinda like having no cloak field besides the fact that the units are invisible

For some units you can cloak them from the begining and I think they wont cloak but to the player that it is owned by it will always look cloaked
