This kinda made me wonder...what the hell?

Overdose on preservatives?
Cancer from food coloring?
What purpose does sodium aluminum phosphate serve in my pasteurized prepared cheese product?

You can overdose on any substance.

Cancer from food coloring?
This is just as controversial as MSG's harmful effects, I am skeptical as to the truth of it. Certain colors have been known to have undesireable effects, but not all of them. It is even illegal to add certain food colorings to food. Many of the colors though are made from safe material and I see no problem with digesting them.

Sodium Aluminum Phosphate is an emulcifying agent. It combines two liquids in cheese, which normally do not combine. It may or may not be removed afterwards.

Artificial coloring is bad for ADHD and ADD, and red is by far the worst.

Is that really true?

and btw, this doesn't belong in serious. Lite maybe, but not serious.
