Hey everyone! Just wanted to say hello, start off on a good start >_> all that jizz...

19/f/western USA, nick named Cat because I've been obsessed with cats and kittens since I can remember. I've been playing starcraft for 6 or 7 years... my favorite class is Protoss. I play on Battlenet East now because more people play, and they seem to be nicer than the ones on West server. My first bnet name was NekoSan, then Neko]z[ (yes, I fell into that clan craze around 2001.), and now it is MetalMeow.
The reason why I joined this forum was so I could get some help editing maps. I consider myself an advanced player because I'm undefeated at 1v1 melee games, and every defense map that I've played so far. I like anime and I listen to metal. I'm an artist (tattoos/painter/sculpter/guitarist/cartoonist). Think that's all you need to know about me for now. Anyway, welcome to Staredit Network! There are a lot of cool things you can do here, aside from editing maps, such as creating your own and getting a lot of help in all categories. The 'modding' section is for people who actually edit the source code of Starcraft (easier then it sounds, trust me), and is very interesting

I know! Rarely any girls are online these days. Surprisingly, I've ran into more playing starcraft than anything else. I just grew up with my brothers playing them, and we were close. So, that's how I started cussing and drinking (or maybe I'm juz kewl yo!). Thanks for the welcome!

RexyRex is, as far as I know, also a girl.
Also Dame_Da_Snipa and plenty of other people, but Kame and Rexy are the only ones who stuck around for a while and advertised it.

Maybe Nuke was a girl, there's a lot of debate over that.

Don't worry, you can probably help someone, there are plenty of mapping newbies asking for different information on map making, often easy to solve.
