I liked when Bolt warned me. It was for some topic a long time before that for me screwing around like everyone else. The topic had been closed for a long time, but someone reported it anyways. But the most recent one that I got was for an unconstructive topic that I closed in three minutes.

I reset it 20% less each time you hit 100%. Once you leave 0%, you aren't going back. It isn't abuse of power, its procedure ensuring repeat offenders go on probation and/or get what they deserve. If you had gotten warned a year or two ago (like you did the first time), maybe the 0% policy would still be in place, but that isn't how things are done anymore.

under your name on posts, beneath the "Type : Use Map Settings" it says Warn: then a percentage and a colored bar. Click the precentage.

Well ya, for all my logs(excluding Cheeze and Mini's warn) I have links as proof, thats why I was so mad when I got that warn from Cheeze. Theres no real proof behind it so I assumed that he had the wrong person.
And while we're on that line if a moderator doesnt like a certain member they can just warn him for stuff he didn't do and all the other mods will believe him.
