If anyone knows if there's a newer version in which those Move buttons work, I'd be grateful.

Yeah there is. Its called SCMDraft 2.6.0 and it uses a bug free classic editor that emulates vanilla staredit and a txt based trig edit that makes copying and editing mass triggs the quick. The best of both worlds and it wont screw over your map 60% of the time.

In other words there are no versions of Starforge with working up/down buttons.
