I made a map with SCPM and then edited it with SCMD. Its a 355kb file and it probably shouldnt be. I can fully edit it on SCMD and stuff but I cant play it in starcraft and it gave me Map Missing MPQ in uberation. So, what does this mean? And how do I fix it.

Try opening it up in WinMpq to see what files are in there. There should be scenario.chk.

It may be 355kb because it was not compacted after it was saved.

Yeah Says it is missing an MPQ in WinMPQ. Weird:(. I really dont want to restart. I think ill just do it the new fashion way since the map wierdly still opens in scmd.

First of all, why can't you just use 1 editor, Not that hard.

Wow that was useful. And btw I do use one editor. Its called SCMD. I used Starcraft Picture Mapper to do the original terrain.

Ethnic, I am guessing you dont kow what SCPM is because hat is used not for triggers but for the saweet ass terrain you can't make on any other map so dont act like you know what you are talking about. Oh its not that hard. Lets see you make a complete picture quality terrain in about 2 to 3 seconds!!!!!!!

woh! jeeze 7-7, just because he had no idea that SCPM was does not make him stupid and he may make good maps ( I have no clue if he does or not ), it justs makes hime ignorant, and ignorance is a crime. I have no idea why this happened, it usually only happens with SF... Did you change those Master Properties?

Nope. probably has to do with a SCPM error not oa SCMD one. I just used SCMD awsome copy capabilities to copy the map into one that had an mpq in like 10 minutes. All I really had to do was make locations that had the same name as the ones on the broked one and then copy the triggers via text(another reason why it owns) and fix a couple of things. No biggie. Oh well.
