No, it was created before. The arcade is using up bandswidth so I think he removed it for now. And... Starcraft Armies is dumb.

Yup that makes sense. I can't belived I wasted all the money in StarCraft Armies, All I wanted was my Glowing name, I could've had it... if I just hadn't started playing armies.
