Its pretty simple, I found it out after i made a mistake in one of my triggers
You can still build around pylon but somewhere in map there will be the aura

Trigger
Description:
Aura-less Pylon
Players:
¤ Player X
Conditions:
¤ Always
Actions:
¤ Move 1 Protoss Pylon For Player X from Location a To Location b.

You can only move 1 pylon per string
So you'd have to do
Move pylon from location a to b
Move pylon from location c to d
etc.
If you stack the pylons in 1 place and hide it, it would be best

So wait, how does this help with people who lag, and who lags because of pylons anyway?
However, this technique would probably have some nice uses for maps with "power generators" without ugly pylons stacked next to the other unit.

Go put 25 pylons in one spot and click one; it lags like a mother (unless your computer is good.. just 5 pylons will lag me).

Then place a warning not to click the pylons!
