I intend to (once I get my Starcraft back up), make a Xenosaga "sample" map (emulating fully one or two dungeons to the nearest detail). This is mostly to practice my mapping skills, but also because I love Xenosaga. For anyone familiar to Xenosaga, this should be rather easy to comprehend.
I will have the game's tech attacks (finisher moves that you must charge for one turn to use at the end of your attacks) represented as Starcraft spells (as best as possible). This will essentially amount to two techs per character (since Starcraft units have about two spells or so at average). So, I may end up using various units that do not particularly resemble the characters out of necessity.
I intend to include an optional graphical mod (which would only replace the characters). What I'm asking for is a sprite version of the Xenosaga cast, each fully animated frame by frame replacement of a ghost. If you're not familiar with Xenosaga (or you need a reference), the first eight images on
http://www.rpgfan.com/pics/xenosaga/art.html show most of the characters. All I need are walking animations, attack animations, and spell firing animations in all 17 starcraft angles.

Currently, parts of the text from my previous topic are not accurate. I have decided using unit spells in every instance would be excessively hard, so some attack effects will be trigger based. I will only need walking, standing and attack animations for all of the characters.
So, if you can create sprites with some level of skill, join! There is no mineral entrance fee and I'm willing to push back deadlines if people need more time. The winner will receive 3,000 minerals and get to see the Xenosaga maps before anyone else. I'd prefer if the image formats were either gif, zipped bitmaps, .png, or any other format that does not smudge the image.

Basing the frames off the Ghost's would make compiling them into a grp much easier for me.
The deadline for joining is April 8th. Once people start joining I'll figure out a deadline for completion.
