This is only a question.
What is this "Forbidden" user group I have heard of? If you notice, in Nuke's signature it says: I'd love to post, but I'm "dead".
So what is up with this? IP allowed him to come back because he believes in second chances (Another reason I, and a couple of other banned members are back). I will quote him:

So obviously, IP did not do this. So may I ask the question of who did, and why? Why does SeN need a "Forbidden" user group? If you are going to forbid them from SeN, why don't you just IP ban them?
Is it to hide the evidence from the other Admin? To make it seem to them like no one is getting banned, but in fact they are being "Forbidden" to post SeN??

I’ve really never heard of this group… But I agree. Also you may want to watch out, I have a feeling that a certain admin or member will come in saying that; It’s not Ip under that account. Hopefully Ip notices this.

But Yoshi has no say here anymore. So that reason is unplausible.
He is no longer admin, so he has no say. All he can do is give advice. IP, whom is an Admin, said he can stay. So therefore, IPs word rules over Yoshi's

Nuclearrabbit deserved it. I never had anything against until he pulled this prank. A news thread was even created about his death, meaning anyone who visited the the website, user or guest, saw the news on the front page. I remember users SIGNING UP just to say how sorry they were that Nuclearrabbit died.

Technically, Yoshi has as much say than IP, Moose and the rest of the Staff. He is still the legitimate owner of Staredit.net and can terminate the site without notice. We still consult Yoshi in several issues that we have had throughout the months.
We will not be deleting any more accounts upon banning them. We will simply ban them and keep them without use. This is to ease the proccess of getting old posts, IP Addresses and such.

I am curious of this "Forbidden" user group. I was using Nuke as an example, since he is the only one I know of that has this.

IP also decided allow him to be banned. Along with basically all of the other staff members.
If a member is banned, then they are banned unless an Admin unbans them. If any Admin decides to ban them again, they are banned. Admins own the site. They can do whatever the hell they want.

If he was BANNED, he wouldn't be able to view the site. Which he STILL can.
