Uh..how do I upload a map to submit into the contest? I have my map done and made, but how do I get it to the moderators and such.

I think you have to go to "Mapping", and then select "Download DB" from the droplist. You will find a "Add a File" option in the top left menu. When you send your map, make sure the title refers to the contest, so that the moderaters can prioritise it over the other maps that do not require a deadline.

you can probably pm a mod thats in charge or the guy that hosts the contest and send it as an attachment

You can either
Submit it in the download database by clicking the add file button and it will go directly to DLDB keepers to accept it and have your map in the DLDB
Or
send it to the person you want to recieve the map (in this case the contest judge) this method is via Personal message or PM
