Is there a trigger when you start the game you have a dropship and there are already units in the dropship?

Yes. The only way you can do this, is to place units near a dropship, and use the trigger "Run AI Script At Location". You will find an option in that list, that says "Enter Transport at Location".

No, there isn't any way to have units PRE-loaded into a dropship before the game even starts.
The only way to do this is to, as XMercury said, put the units in a secluded area wherever and load the units, then move the dropships to where they need to start, and then follow through from there.
OR
Do it like the StarCraft mission, and have the actual dropships, and just move them to where they WOULD unload... then create the units underneath the dropships, and play the sounds manually.

well you can hide it and put the units in before they get the dropship. if you have a neutral player, give the dropship to them then create units and then 'enter transport ai'.
or either way preplacing them under it or create the units in the location works.
setting it to an active computer will make the dropship go wierd.

Lol, I was going to say the same thing but You took the words out of My mouth anyways I'm going to repeate it then.
There is an AI Script that is called "enter transport", when you run it the units to be loaded and the transport (overlord, shuttle, dropship) have to be covered by a location.
what you want is that the dropship is loaded so you can just do it, in a corner or a place where no body sees the process and then move the dropship to where the map starts.. in case that the dropship is yours and you will be able to see the process what you do its to give the dropship and units for a computer say..player 8 maybe, make the units load and then give the dropship to yourself or the desired player and then move it
