Ok well anyways, im getting really frustrated with the whole ugly ¤š:☺¡ crap, when i right click and try saving it, it saves a .htm document and i can't do anything, so if anything please fix that.

They're not alt code attachments, they're just normal attachments that went through something bad or another on either the server side or your browser's side. Use the right click - save target as option instead, and rename the file to the right extension.
