units are suppost to start automatically attacking when they're attacked right?
well not so much here
i set the ally status but for some reason they dont attack and even if you make them manually attack it stops attacking after that one. i have to use patrol to make it attack everything in that area

It all depends, if the enemy unit is stronger or weaker that inflicts the chances of the computer player to attack.

You are probably allied to them with the preserve trigger on? That might be why you can only attack once or twice before the trigger reactivates and makes you allied to them.

still getting the same problem its really odd my unit doesnt attack period wether its getting attacked or not ive tried using different units but nothing worked i checked my triggers and even removed the allie/enemy triggers it still isnt working

no because if i use patrol or manually attack it will attack.
