ive made this map with no protoss in it but im wondering if its possible for one race to be able to make something that only a different race can make. like have a starport make observers. if this is possible please let me know. thanks...

it's possible.
the trigger would be
Players: player 1 (for example)
Conditions: brings atleast 1 Wraith to anywhere
Actions: moove location "x" on any wraith owned by current player at anywhere
remoove 1 wraith for current player at location "x"
create 1 observer for current player at location "x"
Preserve trigger.
this is the trigger that will make observers instead of Wraiths for player 1
(i posted this supposing that you want it to be like in diplomacy)

Nah i think he means actually build it.
unless you can change it with death counter triggers, or whatever they were called (ive been out of the sc scene for waaay to long!) i dont think its possible.

Lol best way is to use a mod, but with triggers you have to use the remove/create stuff.

yes the best way is modding... but then you must give the mod to all people that want play that map...
