I was randomly thinking about my friend's new and fast computer and his dialup, then my old and slow computer (PII) with Cable and thought of this question.
Don't be lame and say "Fast Internet and Fast Computer"; its not on the poll and defeats the purpose of my random thought. (Same for "Slow Internet and Slow Computer").

Slow Internet, Fast Computer.
Even if your internet was fast, it would still take a very long time to load it with a slow computer, especially when you use the alt+tab to switch windows/programs.

I chose slow internet with a fast computer...I used to have dialup and it really wasnt that bad u just cant download anything easily but you still can. Ive had a slow computer too and that was just annoying because the internet is just one thing and a slow computer means its fusterating to do anything on it.

If you have a fast internet and a slow computer, your computer will eventually have a limit to it's download capacity, which won't do much good. Heck on this computer, I need to close a few programs to make my download speed go from 30kbps to 55 kbps.

I Have fast internet and a slow computer. and i want the Opposite. it Sucks having this. i cant do shiz (typed) on my Comp cause it sucks so bad.

A slow computer is gonna be worthless no matter how nice a connection it has. A fast computer with a slow internet will only be bad for internet things: downloading, gaming, web-surfing, etc.

I chose fast internet and slow computer. Mainly because I'm use to playing WC3 on an 800mhz computer which makes it somewhat choppy. WC3 I think is the only 3d game I play somewhat regularly. The fast internet would come in handy as well because I d/l a hell of a lot of movies, family guy, programs ect.

It's cheaper to upgrade your internet (in the short term). Plus you can do other things such as non-online games and with a slow computer, you're still capped at a download speed and cpu limit.

Slow Internet - Fast Computer because everything, not just the internet would be slow on a slow computer, but with a slow comp, easily fixable!
