I'm creating a new clan for Warcraft III, game-based. The clan will focus on the WCIII game 'Archery Tactics', in which everyone gets an archer and you shoot everyone down

I will need a banner for the site.
Specifications:
Size: 600 * 100 - 800 * 200
Art: A Warcraft III archer, maybe arrows flying all around. Just make it fit the theme and look good.
Animation: If so, light animation.
Other Specifications: I have not yet thought of a name (wierd, huh) for the clan, so what would be really good is for you to send the .psd (photoshop file) directly to me so I can edit the details, add text, maybe add some features. Main request is not the banner itself, but the background for the text and everything else (in banner).
Pay: Up to 300 minerals if I really like it.

Old one died because it was hard to attract members.. New one is based on a certain game, so much easier to attract people.

LOL? Starcraft isn't a certain game? Anyway, you should have think more about your current members than attract new people...

What ever, just ask yourself "will you have enough time and willpower for a new clan" before asking other people to work for you.

Not exactly an issue, considering I'm also giving up to 300 minerals to have a good background for banner.
You try creating a large clan with the main idea being 'intelligence and skills', no specific map being considered clan map, and controlling it.
And I'm going to try to finish everything needed before High School, and then all I have to do is log in and recruit.
