I just started doing a little to Continant #1 and your question wanted me to ask if this is what you ment...
Or do you mean a 2story bridge? Cause that would be lame if you ment that.
I really like this blend, but it seems to me like the left side of the bridge is significantly higher than the right side, but there was no effort to make the bridge appear slanted(since starcraft is squares put together to make iso, it can be distorted like those paintings of where the staircase is forever going upward.)
it should look something like this;
_
[ \__
and right now, it is like 3 squares/levels high on the left, and then the bridge is strait and then suddenly it is only 1 square/level high on the right... Idk, maybe this is as good as it gets.
Other than that problem, the rest is fantastic.(blending/realism/useful)
Good job.
As for the original piece, i thought the title was misleading and i see now expertise being reflected through it.(though i'm sure that i'm not much better if any, i at least know there is not much purpose. And having a purpose to use an extended terrain piece is 99% of the reason people make/use extended terrain)
Next time you have a couple hours, make something like a bridge over land, or something with more significance. Keep the effort level high, and nothing can get worse

.
Good luck.
ADDITION:
I guess i missed the ramp tile that you used at the left side at the start of the bridge... Even still, it looks a little awkward... Gl anyways.
