OK, so I'm Taiche (yeah, thanks Captain Obvious !), one of the two developers of ReXplorer and RepASM. Maybe some of you who regularly read PGT or TL.net know about these softwares 
Anyway, I'm not much of a map-maker but I thought it would be nice to inform the map-making community that with ReXplorer 2.0, you can generate images of your maps the way you want to (configure the size of the image, the things to display, the rendering precision, the JPEG compression level, etc...). Screw SCM2JPG
