Not in a folder. You can download them from the DLDB, however.

The campaign that comes with starcraft is in the folder called campaign.

You can put your Campaings in any floder that you wish in the Starcraft Map Directory. But, do remember that all the maps have to be in the same folder so that each map can load the next. It doesn't matter if there are additional non-campaign maps in the folder.
You can't play Campaigns on B.net because the action of loading the next map doesn't work on B.net.

In the campaign section. They are campaigns 18+19 (by date in descending order).

campaigns are like RPG's just with alot more units... (400+)
and i dont mean to advertise or discredit this site... but go to CampaginCreations.org for a huge set of campaigns (most use mods)

Here is a link to the campaigns section in SEN's DLDB. There is a decent selection there.
However, since I went and got that link for you, I have to give you a plug for my own Doodan campaign series. Give 'em a try! You won't be disappointed.
