what is the most beautiful solo(s) you've heard ?

mine's are:

Metallica: master of puppets, fade to black
Y.Malmsteen: black star
Judas Priest: beyond the realms of death

"Time" solo is nice, but it seems... not intensive ?

Some lead guitarists do solos not trying to initially make em sound good. That is their secondary goal. Their primary goal to make em hard to do. That right there is why a lot of solos suck. If you've been a band, or helped some one do a solo, you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.

So don't be afraid to list a solo that's not that hard to do.

i know. the solo doesen't have to be hard to play to be beautiful. i play in a band & the best example of a not hard to play & beutiful solo is: MetallicA - master of puppets. easy to play & beautiful (only the first one, the second is totally oposite to the first). i recommend you to DL it.

Iron Maiden's The Trooper has a great solo. So wild!

I like alot of Hendrix solos as well.

Dragon force - Click me to watch(the song is crap but they managed to stick an amazing solo in there.)

I like Avenged Sevenfolds guitar solos in many of their songs, like "Beast and the Harlor." Actually, I like many metal guitar solos, even though I don't like the category in general.

I dunno what part it is but the story goes like this: ok so kirk is in the studio recording it right and then he bends his G- string off the fret board by accident causing it to go to like the 32nd fret. It made this awsome sound that was just so cool so they had to keep it. Kirk tried to redo it like 1000000000 times but failed. If you hear em do the solo live and then lisen to the recording (or vice versa) you will notice it.
