Mate, try to do more than just mirroring terrains and add sprites, try to make a landscape where everything are making sense. Or else I can say to you that it's too sprite intensive and old to appeal me.
Try mess around with the tiles, mud/high dirt transitions and such. It's much more fun and it looks more appealing than just smashing together so many blends in a picture.

Few of those things are impressive. But the fact that you found a few of those is impressive to me.
Advise: Take the non-blocky custom doodads, and keep searching for more. There are loads of them!

ashworld is a little hard to get used to because its so dark, but after you do, and after you start getting comfortable with the palette, youll love it, cliffs are easy to blend and even though there arent as many doodads you can place together, the cliffs and lava and everything else if fun...
