Alright, why, when I enter a game are my stacked minerals gone? All Vespene Geysers and Minerals are just, not there, but I know I placed them on the map in SCM map editor.
Everything's fine except for the minerals, because they're not there. Anyone else have or hear of this problem? Anyone know what to do?
Please help, or I'm honestly about to smash my computer. Thanks.

Make sure they were placed for Player 12, because they were probably placed for player 1 since it's normally set to placing units for player 1.
Ah, really? So I'd go to properties on all resources and set them to player 12 even though there is no player 12?

ADDITION:
Still a problem, the in-game mini-map is all screwed up. It looks nothing like what the map really looks like. It's all weird, anyone know how to fix that?
NOTE: Minerals are fixed, thanks.

In-game, or in the game lobby? I know the game lobby minimap shows the last map you played on occassions, but as for in-game, I have no clue.
Does the in-game minimap really matter how it looks? Melee maps are supposed to look all pretty, they're supposed to be fun.
Yes the in-game map. I said that.
The in-game map is actually very important. I use the map all the time when I'm playing.

Do you mean the entire map minimap is screwed up to the point where you aren't able to tell what's what, or it doesn't look they way you wanted it to look?
If the minimap is slanted diagonally, it is a glitch with either your protection or you saved it as a "Final Product" in starforge. As for the resources, you must set the resource amount. This could be done by checking the properties of the placed unit, under "Unit Data", and placing in the numerical value in the box labeled "Resources:".
I'm going to guess the minimap is that way because you're not using one of the normal SC map dimensions (64, 96, 128, 192, 256, etc).
Actually it's 129 by 129, to give each player an equal amount of building room.
(129/3 = 43).
The center of the map is all messed up, but everything else is fine.

You can't use that map size in game, you have to do the normal sizes like mini_moose said or you'll crash. But maybe you found a size that works.
If the size does work, then that would be the reason.
I'm pretty sure that a lot of abnormal sizes work as long as you loaded up a map larger than it before playing it, although if you haven't then it just crashes, making it quite annoying. Also it causes the minimap to become weird. I would think that the few tiles of building space difference wouldn't really be significant.
Well the Starcraft minimap wasn't designed to play a map with that dimension. That's why its messed up on 20x12 maps.
As long as one of the map dimensions is a standard size, and the other one isn't over 256, everything should work fine.
If both dimensions are non-standard then you get some freaky problems.
