mmkay, to load brushes:
go to the top right and click the Brushes Tab, somewhere at the top right that brushes menu should have a small arrow inside a circle, click the arrow, then scroll down to Load Brushes, go the file where you saved the brushes, and double click the brushes u want to load

Basics of Photoshop, visit the pinned thread

Really nice text depends on the text, you can't be taught how to make nice text, you need to teach yourself what kinds of text is bad and which is good

for simple but nice borders, make a new layer>select the new layer>go to Select-All>go to Edit-Stroke>3 Pixel Black>go to Edit-Stroke again>2 Pixel white. you can change the order and number of pixels, and then set to like Overlay or Soft Light or whatever u like

Or use a hard round 1px brush and hold shift.

I put my brushes in the brush folder in the Adobe Photoshop folder in program files.

o.O Program Files > Adobe > Adobe Photoshop > Presets > Brushes
