QUOTE(-__________- @ Apr 23 2006, 03:14 AM)
But, you can prove he doesn't exist

No, you can't. If you actually have any proof that He doesn't exist, you can't prove that your "proof" isn't wrong.
QUOTE(Centreri @ Apr 23 2006, 04:27 AM)
By that logic, nothing can be proven, Sly. Proof is never 100%. What if an alien created a hologram and a force field of a certain person and used that to kill someone, and then that person was 'proven' to have really done it?

Exactly. Nothing can be fully proven or disproven.
QUOTE(Jammed @ Apr 23 2006, 05:14 AM)
you can proove something having facts that cannot be prooven wrong or twisted.

But you can't have facts that can't be proven wrong or twisted. Someone might discover something that will prove the original proof wrong, and then someone else might discover something that will prove
that proof wrong, etc.

You can prove that cheese is yellow, cuz we have yellow cheese. But u can't prove what doesnt exist, because uve never witnessed or experienced it

But what if cheese is actually red, and that it's surrounded by some completely undetectable force that makes it
look yellow?
QUOTE(Shapechanger @ Apr 27 2006, 09:50 AM)
The fact that there is not proof of God is, in itself, proof that there is no God.
Basically, right now, if you believe in God, you are worshipping a book.

No it's not! You can't even prove that there is no proof in God. There could be some ancient documents inside a forgotten temple somewhere, which prove that God exists, and we simply haven't found them yet?
