Is there a way as to make a unit and only a type of unit so that it looks like it's on slowest speed? Like during fastest speed, have a unit appear to be in slowest speed. I don't mean slow down, I mean slow animation. Possible?

i doubt it. only the moovement speed with burrowed units.

You can FREEZE the animation with the p14 trick, but other than that, No, you can't slow it down.
