well after months of work i am nearing completion of my map WAR OF THE RING
It is a map similar to Sorons deceit or Siege of Gondor but adds a bunch of fetchers hear are a few:
playable races are:
Gondor
Rohan
Elves
Fellowship
Mordor
Isengard
time is set right after the Fellowship leaves Rivendel
For a Screen Shot Click hear

- Map layout maches the middle earth maps found in back of The Lord of the Rings books as much as possible
- Frodo can put on and take off the ring
- When Frodo has the ring on Mordor will be able to see where he is on the minimap
- Anti Max triggers (so that one person cant hord a bunch of units and max out map

was uploading the pic to my site when you posted lol try again
any one have a scx to jpg that inclueds the units scmdraft does this but i dont have a way 2 shrink the 64 meg file that it puts out

, dun wanna be the bearer of bad news but ive seen alot of maps with those trigs , like bome has the ring stuff , almost every lotr has "anti-horde" trigs and i guess cool terrain fixed some stuff 
hey if you need some cool features try this , i myself made a lotr btw but i was to l azy to iclude these : story mode with heroes that talk , book extrats at spots , buy some arbs and such ^.^ hope ive kinda helped :-p

Mine does, I just happen to suck at balancing, other then that my map is complete. My minas tirith is cool, i had it b4 woa-felagund even started his map with the cool minas tirith, if woa-felagund is gom-finrod or w/e (some clan that starts with g) then he got that idea from me and made it better. but anyway I dun want to sound like a bad person or anything but, that terrain is.. uh..not exact to middle earth terrain.

I used to like LOTR maps but they just all seem the same. Anyways good louck this one sounds interesting.

Yes When i join LOTR maps and play them..I am referred as the "BackStabbing Newbie" since all i do in LOTR is kill anything...friendly or not...
But that is my opinion...don't give a §hit about it if you don't want to
