i tried that once on my First RPG (Which sucked btw) the comps didnt do anything pasted 3,
the upgrades took 1 minute each and they only upgraded to 3!!!!

I have never tryed it but this would be my guess on how to make it work....
try to give the computer some AI in run scritp at location the location would be over the upgrade buildings... Give them cash so they can do it and bingo.. Like i said i have never tryed it so it may not work ^_^ might wanna give it a shot!

there was this same post a long whle ago, we concluded that it is indeed not possible. u have to give it to a human player and they have to upgrade sucks

It depends on what upgrades. If it is armour and attack upgrade then it is not possible. For the other upgrades like stim pack, Mind Control etc. you can have a computer player that already has those attributes. Then you give that unit to the computer player you want and that computer will now have those upgrades. So if you give a goliath with Charon Boosters to a computer or human that does not have it, they will now have that upgrade.
