hmm they all arnt too bad
1st one: 3/10 too sprite happy
2nd one: 5/10 I really like the idea but it is kinda blocky
3nd one: 2/10
4th one: 0/10 too blocky
5th one: 1/10 blocky but atleast kindof serves a perpose
1st One : Too much sprite. I almost got blind! 2/10
2nd One : Not bad, but it's blocky. 4/10
3rd One : Nothing really new.. 2.5/10
4th One : This look like tile smashing. Too much blocky.. 0/10
5th One : Again.. too much blocky.. 0.5/10

good for first try at this. but you need to try to take out some blockyness and it might look very nice

Ok, not to be rude or mean but I searched and searched and that was the best stuff I could find. If you guys think it's so bad can you show me yours?
Note: Most of the sprites were not used to cover up blockyness, but to add to the Industrial Effect and cover empty space

Second 1 - 6/10 Still i say, its OK
Third 1 - 5/10 not much i can say...fix it up? =S
Fourth 1 - 2/10 blocky has a new meaning.
Fifth 1 - 5/10 yet again, its alright nothing special but nothing too bad.

well you need to cover up whats not able to me not blocky or else it just looks horible
they're alright , i like your idea for edges of the rig(#2) but i don't think any blend exists for that, so you should have used bridges instead
seriously redo #4, thats tile smashing to extremes.

if they are unrealistically unachievable with perfect blends they why are you bashing it? If that is the best it will be able to ge to why is it so horrible?
Because, there is a difference between, It can be fixed and It just sucks.
If terrain doesnt look good, and it cant be fixed, you shoul look for another way, not just say," But A_of, thats as good as its going to get, you go look for a blend."
And, as a matter of fact, I tried this in my The Godfather map, and it didnt look good, so I TOOK IT OUT.
ie, if it doesnt look good, then it should be removed.

Looks all just like you used tuxedo's terrain basically. Try fixing a couple of stuff, such as the crane part.
