If you have a trigger create 2 Hydralisks with the burrowed property they will appear in the exact same spot; stacked automatically.

Use a move trigger to move the units to an unwalkable terrain (Water, cliff edge, off the map, etc.) The units won't be able to be moved there, instead they will stop for a moment and won't be able to move. If you do this 12 times a second (with hyper triggers) then you can keep the units stacked on top of eachother.

To make them unburrow you can Order them to move/attack/patrol somewhere.

um yea.. how do u do it manualy tho? and is this efective for multiple ones? like every pylon tuerns into ydras? i wanna mke a defense were the units u build (UNITS like marines or hydras) being IMOBILE so u build a pylon it makes a unit that cant move

Manually? I don't know what you mean. You just make a move trigger "Move all units to (unwalkable location)" They won't be able to move at all.

There is no way to make it automatically just stack without triggers. Only way is if the user knows the stack hydralisk glitch but it won't be automatic. Also, you cannot build on a unit so you can't build another pylon on the hydralisk that already is there.

no i mean, you build a pylon it turns into a hydra, but the hydra cant move(or a marine or any unit)

Thats achieved by constantly moving the unit to an unwalkable location.
