I'm not talking about the old movie, I'm talking about the real movie.

Since the skull island was actually a true legend, it is cool enough to see V-Rexes than T-Rexes back in the 1935 - 1940. Scientists were even killed during the island of dinosaurs that have survived 65 millions years ago. This movie was actually a true story, just not the ending with the empire state building.

During a one hour beginning, I felt sleepy and tired because they weren't in skull island yet and kept talking to each other during in boat or New York. Then the action comes in, another bad thing is that the storyline based on the game and to the movie is a lot different.

The good parts, it has the great realism, and created a movie back in the past. Great storyline but what I seen in the game and trailer, some were removed.

Since Peter Jackson created this film of recreation of the old one, it will get addition bonus ratings. 9.75/10.0

Skull Island is a fictional lost island in the Indian Ocean, first dreamed up for the 1933 adventure film King Kong. Since its inception, it has been used many times in various media.

That film was pretty cool. I have no idea how it beat out Lord of the Rings in Budget (200 Million)

I really liked King Kong. One of my favorite scenes was when the ship's crewmembers were stuck at the bottom of a canyon and they were being eatened up by various giant bugs. The one where this guy gets slowly chewed up by Giant Grubs was the best death biggrin.gif

That scene was disgusting. I hate insects I think I have a phobia. Like that giant Centapede in the huge log? I almost screamed seeing that thing.
I have to say the ripping of the T-Rexs jaw beats all else.

Peter Jackson made over 1 billion in profits for the producers, do you think they are going to say "No, I don't think he knows what he is doing to deserve that money."?

Yeah, that creeped me out too. Insects are nasty....

I liked this movie a lot though, definently a 9/10.

Since that movie takes place in 1933, it's V-Rex, not T-Rex. V-Rex are much stronger and evolved species than T-Rexes 65 million years ago.

The best part on the game which could've been in the movie was the raft on the river. biggrin.gif
