Heres a little something to help with levels.
Have a timer.

| ¤ Whatever Force Players Have |
| Conditions: |
| ¤ Elapsed time is exactly ## (Whenever you want timer to start in game) |
| Actions: |
¤ Set timer to ## (You pick) seconds

| ¤ Add Death count for ??(Unit not being used) owned by ??(Comp not being used) to 1 |
Level starting.

| ¤ Computer that controls level units |
| Conditions: |
¤ timer is exactly 0

| ¤ Death count of ?? (Unit not used) owned by ?? (Comp not used) is exactly 1 |

| ¤ Create units at location 'Start' (W/e location is named) |
Timer after level is over!
