Proposed Suggestion for Discussion
How about sometimes placing people who have violated the rules of SEN in a forum dedicated for losing warn points and serving time dedicated to StarCraft. If they show they have learned and can be of use, their posts could be transferred to the appropriate sub-forum. The "Garbage Reserve Forum" would be the only place the inmates would be able to post for a customized time. Posts could be wiped out when neccessary.
Feel free to lock when demeed neccesary.

No. I don't think we should force anyone to do soemthing as a punishment.

You could maybe make it an option. Like being suspended or serving the "Community Service Forum". It really depends on how hard it is to arrange. Is it possible to make it so members can only see one forum?

What Community Service are we talking about? There is nothing really that could be suited for such a punishment.
We here promote making maps and helping others make maps for free, not as a punishment or for a decrease for warn level.

Most suspensions are only 2-9 days anyway. You can't do much in that time.

The staff can be mean, but the staff isn't that mean. Forcing someone to post only in a designated area, like prison, is too harsh.
