Which AI scripts research upgrades and to what level? Will the scripts instantly start researching or do they have to build stuff first? Also, is there any way to disable a script once its started?

thanks for any and all help

To do that you must use the ai script that makes computers build at will but you cant just upgrade just like that,
only way is to get them to start upgradeing and once finished kill or remove that building you should have the upgrades you are looking for.

I made a map that demonstrates the level 1 protoss upgrades. If you'd like to see it let me know. AI scripts will never upgrade past level 3. I'm not sure about cancelling them.

Can't you like put them in extreme and they'll probably upgrading with whatever they have? Or wont they just mass troops? Because I've never tried it.

Here's a link to the protoss map. Note that it only works on b.net because the AI scripts on- and off-line are different.

So what I have to do is have the computer fufill the requirements of the script to the point where it will start upgrading (ex. must have nexus, gateway, forge, then it will start to upgrade weapons)

Is this right?

If so, is there a list somewhere that shows the commands of the ai?

ADDITION:
If I edit the AI script using ScAII, will my map then become a mod?

Yes to all questions. You can view the AI commands with an aiscript editor. However, I'm not sure how to get at the BNet-specific scripts. Most of the campaign scripts should be OK, though.
