Staredit Network

Hello! For those of you that don't know yet, I am Mp)3, Leader of Clan Mp) and Maker of the Everarcha RPG Saga. Well...ya. In here, I will be keeping updates that I would like to announce to the Staredit.net community. For those that are already familiar with it, thanks for playing it, and in here I am open to any suggestions or comments that you have. It would contribute greatly to the production of future projects. As of now, there are 2 maps that are released out of the Saga, and 2 under construction. The two under construction are 2 - 1, or Everarcha RPG 2 - 1, the sequel to the beginning first part of the saga. The second under construction is The Avarian Chronicles, a map seperate from the original cast of characters in the Saga. It is currently the most active project of mine, and I am glad to say it is making good progress.

For those of that don't know what Everarcha RPG is, it is a RPG-style map, consisting of six characters and a story spanning through multiple maps for your enjoyment. Well, I know many of you are sick of the "GO KILL THE EVIL GODS" sorta thing, but this is one of them. However! it seems that it's a big hit around places. So! I will try and see if I can arrange getting the two current finished maps into the Staredit.net map network, but they are a little too big to upload. (2.5 to 4.8 MBs!!) So! This is my first thread I made in Staredit.net, and hopefully I didn't break any rules yet.

I played the first Everarcha RPG and loved it. The bosses were great, that damn tornado thing pissed me off. The only thing I didnt like was the last boss, with the moving pylons. I was playing with someone else and he had to buy a ronin, kill on pylon, then place his ronin in one of the pylon spawns to stop it from moving about, then I killed the pylons with my Renegade while he waited with his ghost to shoot the boss during the .5 second delay where he was not invincible. I had to kill those pylons like 8 times. I wasn't sure if it was a bug or not.

Nah. People asked if it was. It isn't. I made him a bastard.

Where can we find the Everacha's?

I played one of 'em and IT'S AWESOME! I played the first one, quit (gave up too hard) after the forest boss lol... and, I played the battle arena and me and my friend died on the corsair part, but anyway, YOU'RE THE MASTER! I AM NOT WORTHY! I AM NOT WORTHY!

As for the other two in progress, there IS a thread on BlizzForums on it, but I I'm not sure if it's against the rules to put in a link to another SC Forum.

EDIT: I forgot to mention this. The second .zip file for Everarcha RPG 1 - 2 is password protected. In the end of the game in 1 - 1, you will recieve a password to unlock the .zip file in 1 - 2. This is just a way to make sure people don't skip maps around.

For your next one, don't use so many sounds. I only managed to get two people to download the map, and we both went for supper before it finished dling.

Yah i have played evaracha(w/e u spell it)hhehe anyways that game is pretty good. and 2nd one is password protected rofl....

If you beat the first one it tells you the pasword.....rofl.

The second download link, the ZIP file is corrupt. It refuses to unzip properly.

well, just played through a bit of it. not as great as i hoped it would be. story sounds plausible, but not really indepth enough for me, and it looks like itll take a while just to get through it all.

the only thing i liked about it were the bosses. they were a bit creative.

Overall, very excellent work Mp)3. Probably one of the best RPGs I've played yet. Though some parts annoyed me, such as the Tornado (Both 1 and 1-2). I LOVED the cinematics in 1-2, they were very VERY good. Keep up the good work, can't wait to see the next one!

Wow, this seems the perfect time to do two things, one, Beg to join clan mp like I have been doing for about a month or so b4 this. And 2 dl the map... I never knew u made an rpg three.... all I ever see the ppl in mp play is ure mono d, which is riggalicious. XD

To tell everyone the truth, I never intended 1 - 1 to be good. The story actually begins in 1 - 2. Pay close attention to what they say. 2 - 1 is the good juicy stuff, and The Avarian Chronicles will give you a LOT of details. I'm at Map night right now, and I'm going to let a few lucky people play 2 - 1. XD

The first one is by far the greatest Rpg, with a new clean interface and beautiful terrain and original bosses. l noticed how the Marine's damage has been reduced to match the speed of the stim, but it still manages to be the overly powerful unit, with the others running in his dust. Both maps were laggy and the 2nd map took some real thinking to take down the bosses. l was lucky to have 3 others stick with the heavy download, so 4 people had to work together.

The high stats balance rendered the armor upgrade useless.

That's the most accurate review I have had on my RPG. lol. Ok. I have challenged Tuxedo-Templar to a RPG Map making contest. I know many of you don't know me very well, but you are all familiar with Tux. You have already seen the A&O Trailer, which was marvelous. I have some serious, SERIOUS competition.

Youre challenging him, Tuxedo Templar, to a mapmaking contest? ...while hes throwing all his efforts into his best map yet, no less...
