According to my sources, the third resident evil movie will be appearing somewhere in the year of 2007. This is where i found out. Supposedly, Claire Redfield will be appearing in this and it will be close to code veronica even though the movies screwed up the storyline. Just thought i should inform you guys. good night!

I kind of liked the first one better then apocalypse. It seemed like it wasn't a horror movie but instead a comedy. Especially with that L.J. character.

I'm so sick of resident evil. Let's see, what does it take to make a resident evil movie or game:
-Some chick that knows how to fight as the main character.
-A criminal or police officer as a sidekick.
-Zombies that can somehow hide in a space of 2 cubic meters.
-Some ugly "boss".
-Some town, almost always Racoon City.
-The Umbrela Coorporation
Now let's look at the plot:
-The sidekicks enter first after the Umbrela Coorporation has done its work in Racoon City.
-Some zombies pop out of mailboxes and nearly kill the sidekicks when the ass-kicking female comes in and saves them.
-She then has to find something or somebody.
-Finds whatever she's looking for.
-Sees the boss.
-The boss kills the sidekicks (usually biting off a limb).
-The boss is really somebody she knows.
-Kills the boss anyways and kills a high-ranking member of the Umbrela Coorporation.
-Is safe for the time being and Umbrela continues its work for it's next attack.
Wow, I believe that's the outline they follow.

That's only the 2nd one. The first one only had that Girl Ass Kicking, which was medicore, but that's because Millah Joubafemale dog is a medicore actor. Anyone seen "Ultra Violet" No? Good.

And that plot/most characters are not even in the real resident evil. Chris Redfield is a guy and he's a hero, so his Leon. The plot is different (alice doesn't exist and where was the clock tower...and wasn't nicholai evil...) and they made fun of RE3. Perhaps they'll change on extinction since claire will be in it and it WON"T BE in Raccoon City. Its somewhere in Alaska now.

All RE movies are a BUTCHERY of what the games were intended to be. Nothing and i mean nothing was gotten right nor done with quality in any of the movies. It was a hot chick killing stuff to sell to a bunch of horny guys (And it suceeded too). That is NOT what RE is about. Further if they TRY to follow RE:CV theyll freak it up even more.
The movies are for those who do not respect the games. And only playing RE4 doesnt make you a fan, it makes you a trend loser.

I'm a fan of zombie related carnage, regardless of quality. It's the same thing with bad Kung-fu movies. They are great because they are so bad.

I am closely the same. I loved all resident evil games but i must say, RE4 was my favorite because you can see where you aim and you don't have a gay ass camera not focusing where you need it.

All that RE is BS, by my opinion. That actress, who played Alice is a so-so one, that can be seen in some scenes.
And I don't like moovies where the heroe is very powerful & kicks everybody's ass.

Generally speaking, The Thing is the only horror moovie I respect. Allthow it didn't scare me. I just like how it's put together mostly.

A lot of people trust Wikipedia, unlike me. I hate it. Lots of fallacies. Anyway, assuming the movie is real, I bet it'll suck like the second one. Mostly all sequels suck, except for some, like X-Men or SW or James Bond althought some of those movies do suck. Scary Movie 4 sucked, first one was the best, just like Hollow Man, a second one came out straight to DVD just like Starship Troopers 2. It'll most likely suck and if it DOESN'T, then I'd be amazed.

These games were always fun the puzzles and the action was good and the movies are very well made also I don't know why you don't like Resident Evil really...

Sorry that my brilliant opinions are too much for you Atreyu). Maybe I'll think again before posting a resident evil timeline. And if you're really curious as to why I don't enjoy resident evil, maybe it's the fact that they're all pretty much the same thing. Zombies? Please. If it hasn't struck you at all, resident evil is not creative. Anybody on this forum could've conjured the idea. I can imagine the discussion in creating the game too:
"Hey, let's make a game."
"Yeah, a game that scares people, you know, since that hasn't been done before."
"What scares people?"
"Dead people!"
"How about walking dead people?!"
"Sounds great!"
"So how would these come about?"
"We'll have an evil company that we'll recycle over and over again so this series never dies. We'll call it uhh *looks around the room* the Umbrella Coorporation!"
"So genius! How will they be stopped, and how will we make this game diverse?"
"We'll have big zombies and little zombies along with worms! They'll be stopped by somebody with guns! Aren't I clever?!"

Meh, the only reason I liked Resident Evil was because it was the only zombie game that I know of that isn't on an arcade machine. The movies are mediocre, but nothing's perfect, right?

I hope so since wikipedia is usually truthful. They were right about there being a gladiator sequel and a silent hill movie, so thats making me lean towards them telling the truth. Honestly, i felt as though apocalpyse, the movie that TRIPLED the amount of money used in the first was horrible. I loved the first one, from the music to the action (they weren't godlike like they were in apocalpyse since they didn't stand a chance really here) it was an excellent 10 million dollar movie. I just hope they learn from their mistakes and produce something better then another crappy movie like apocalpyse.
