Ok On hangar count, can you set it for Players or only computer players....

I'll assume you mean the trigger action, Modify Unit Hangar Count.
It works on any unit with a hangar... Reavers and Carriers. (and their hero counterparts)
Human controlled, computer controlled, neutral, dosen't matter.
You should have just tested it. Might have taken all of 2 minutes.

Thanks, Ill have to try it out somemore then, I tryed to Modify the Hangar in a location the Carrier is in (its a 6x6 location) for a second, if that, but i think i have to make a new location to cover where they are, well thanks anyway

You can make a location follow a carrier if the carrier is a unique unit for the certain player unless you have zones with large locations surrounding the zones, but it would still have to be the only carrier (Hero and regular are different) in the zone.

the trigg is MOVE LOCATION and you specify what zone the unit is in either ANYWHERE or your own specified location then you specify what unit the location moves too & its player, this is why the unit has to be unique or the location will only follow 1 specific carrier and you wouldnt be able to tell which one,
